Stephanie Van Splunder began their work experience in 2002 as an Associate Attorney at Wolfenzon & Rolle. Stephanie worked in this position until 2010, with a brief break from 2008 to 2010 when they served as an Attorney at O'Connor & Campbell. From 2010 to 2014, Stephanie worked as a Claims Attorney at Meadowbrook Insurance Group. Stephanie then moved on to AmeriTrust Group, Inc. in 2016, where they initially served as a Managing Claims Attorney - AVP until 2020. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Vice President of Casualty Litigation at AmeriTrust Group, Inc.

Stephanie Van Splunder completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Arizona between 1995 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree in Law at the California Western School of Law from 1999 to 2002.
