Contessa Sorum serves as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Ameristar Perimeter Security USA Inc., part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sorum held the position of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Gates Corporation from November 2020 to May 2022 and worked as the HSE&F Leader at Honeywell from August 2019 to November 2020. Additionally, Sorum has experience as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager and Senior Environment Health Safety Specialist at T.D. Williamson from June 2014 to August 2019 and as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Anchor Glass from August 2013 to August 2014. Sorum is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Colorado Technical University, expected to be completed in July 2024, and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Safety Technology/Technician from Northeastern State University, obtained between 1992 and 2001.
