Brian Watson has extensive work experience, starting their career at Lowe's Home Improvement in 1998, where they served as a Co-Manager from October 1998 to April 2000, and then as a Store Manager from April 2000 to December 2003. Brian then joined Ameristar Perimeter Security USA Inc., an ASSA ABLOY Group brand, in 2004. At Ameristar, they held various roles, including Customer Development Specialist from April 2004 to January 2005, Regional Sales Manager from January 2005 to February 2009, Director of Service Center Operations and Distribution from February 2009 to May 2019, and currently serves as the National Warehouse and Distribution Director since May 2019.

Brian Watson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Brian pursued their education at this institution from 2015 to 2019.
