Katherine Tamulonis currently serves as Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel at AmerisourceBergen, a position held since October 2015, where oversight of legal support across various business units is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, focusing on Health System contracting for Full-Line and Specialty Distribution. Katherine's earlier career included positions at Stevens & Lee from September 2007 to October 2015, where responsibilities spanned roles as Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Associate, with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Senior and Mezzanine Lending. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin & Marshall College and a Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law.
