Jay Webster is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as SVP of Global Human Resources and M&A Integration at Cencora since October 2004, as well as SVP of Human Resources at AmerisourceBergen, Jay has played a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across various business units, achieving significant growth and success. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Capital at Xcenda and HR leadership positions at Lash Group, Satellite Healthcare, Atlantic Mutual, Catholic Charities CYO, California State Automobile Association, and WCIRB of California. Jay holds an MBA in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
