Malcolm Simon has extensive experience in operations management, currently holding the position of Manager-Operations at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since March 2015, where additional roles include Group Lead and Team Leader-Operations. Prior to this, Malcolm served as a Team Lead at Cognizant from June 2013 to March 2015 and worked as a Senior Executive at Capita India Ltd from July 2006 to June 2013.
