Jesse Ray is a Senior Product Owner at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, since October 2022, leading the Utilities team to enhance the Client Dashboard experience and core components of the overall Client Experience. Prior to this role, Jesse served as a Product Knowledge Manager at Calabrio, Inc., focusing on enablement efforts for the Calabrio One Platform and Analytics products. At Renodis, a Telecom and Mobility Management company, Jesse held multiple roles, including Senior Manager - Technology and Service Desk, where initiatives included launching a Knowledge Management System and reducing Microsoft spending. Earlier career experiences include positions at IBM as a Training Manager for a global service desk and as a Customer Technical Support Training Consultant at Thomson Reuters. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Gustavus Adolphus College.
