Dave Hagan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave began their career in the US Navy as an Officer, serving from 1998 to 2003. Dave then transitioned into the private sector and worked as a Project Manager at The Rise Group for two years. Following this, they joined The Opus Group as a Real Estate Director, overseeing development projects and lease negotiations. In 2009, they joined CWCapital as a Senior Associate, where they managed distressed CMBS loans and resolved debt on office and industrial properties. In 2013, they became a Senior Vice President at Amerimar Enterprises, overseeing asset management responsibilities for office and telco buildings. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at Netrality Data Centers.

Dave Hagan completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, attending from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop John Carroll High School from 1990 to 1994, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing, from 2002 to 2004.
