Marissa Solano has a diverse and extensive background in the mortgage and finance industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since June 2020, Marissa focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery. Prior to this role, Marissa worked at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC as a Compliance Manager from March 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
