Prior experience includes ten years at AIG as an HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and employee engagement initiatives, and a role as Client Advocate at Acuity Benefits Solutions, where customer relations were managed regarding employee benefit plans. Stephanie's foundational HR experience began at American International Group as a Human Resources Representative. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers College.
