Matt joined Ameridial in 2009 and is presently responsible for the overall North America operations and business development. With nearly two decades of customer service and sales experience, Matt offers detailed insight and realistic solutions to meet client program needs while surpassing expectations. He brings professionalism and integrity to every project as he puts client needs first. Additionally, as part of the global leadership team and Matt works with the international team to develop and execute the organization's strategic initiatives. In his tenure with Ameridial and Fusion, Matt has immersed himself in the business learning every nuance of the organization from call center operations to client services. In every capacity, Matt has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations and program management with a proven record of meeting or exceeding client goals and expectations. He has held several key positions during his time, including Account Manager, where he was responsible for one of the largest non-profit clients, Call Center Director, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the North Carolina call center and Business Development Manager, where he's successfully brought on new business partnerships across multiple industries. Matt studied Business Administration and Management at both The University of Akron and Stark State Technical College.
