Mike Maron has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Mike started their career in 1984 as Transportation Manager and Unit Director for Meijer Distribution, where they led the opening of three distribution centers. In 2000, they joined Fleming Companies as a Distribution Manager. In 2001, they joined AmeriCold Logistics as General Manager and later became RVP of Operations SE. Mike'smost recent position was Senior Director of National Accounts at AmeriCold Logistics.

Mike Maron completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Counseling Psychology at Holmes Bible College from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University between 1975 and 1979.
