John Robertson has a strong background in human resources and management. John started their career with the U.S. Department of Justice as a Senior Investigative Analyst from 1983 to 1995. John then worked for Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager for 8 years, participating in the start-up of 6 retail stores and a distribution center. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Target. John then joined Master Halco as a Human Resources Manager, where they played a role in the start-up of a manufacturing and distribution center. John worked at Dove Industry as a Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2013. John later joined Swift Transportation as a Driver Manager for a short period. Most recently, they have been working at Americold Logistics, LLC. in various roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Regional Director of Human Resources.

John Robertson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Government from King's College in 1983. John then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University in 1987.
