Lay Chandara is an experienced Quality Assurance Technician at Americo Group since August 2018 and has held the position of Inspector at TIC the Inspection Company Ltd since January 2017. At TIC, Lay Chandara performs inspections as per client procedures, conducts inline and final inspections, prepares detailed inspection reports, and collaborates with factory management for corrective actions. Additionally, Lay Chandara has been involved in overseeing inspection teams, recruiting and training new inspectors, and implementing quality control programs. In the role at Moon Apparel (Cambodia) Co., Lay Chandara ensures that product samples meet quality standards, leads pre-production meetings, and trains quality staff in the necessary procedures. Lay Chandara holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Crime Law from Cambodian University for Specialties, completed from 2011 to 2015.
