Beatrice Whitfield has over a decade of experience in the credit union sector, currently serving as the Collection’s Lead at America's Credit Union since March 2020. Previously, Beatrice worked at Resource One Credit Union from May 2010 to May 2013 as a Collateral Protection Insurance Representative, where responsibilities included verifying insurance on financed collateral, adding blanket policies to uninsured items such as autos and RVs, managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve insurance issues, and processing insurance refunds. Beatrice's educational background includes studies at Dallas College.
