Brian Silva is the Vice President of Outreach and Engagement at Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Prior to this role, Brian founded and served as the Executive Director of NEAT - the National Equality Action Team. Brian also held the position of Executive Director at Marriage Equality USA and Marriage Equality New York, Inc. Brian has a background in emergency management and disaster response, having worked at organizations such as the American Red Cross and Kenyon Worldwide Disaster Management. Brian holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Emergency Management and Homeland Security Studies.
