Joel Castro currently serves as the Grassroots Engagement Director at Americans for Prosperity, a role held since March 2022, where the organization promotes limited government and free market principles. In addition, Joel has been a City Council Member for the City of Alvin since April 2018. Prior to these positions, Joel worked as a Business Development Specialist at OppDrive from June 2020 to March 2022 and served as the Regional Director for Texas Latino Conservatives from June 2019 to November 2020.
