Emily Sebastian, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR and Safety Administrator at Americanna Wellness Inc since September 2023. Previously, at Nature's Path Foods from May 2012 to June 2023, Emily held several roles, including Payroll Benefits Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for approximately 600 team members and managing benefits systems. Emily also served as People and Culture Manager, providing strategic HR leadership for a manufacturing environment with over 300 employees, and as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting HR functions for 200+ team members. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Specialist at Sohum Medical Care and HR Generalist positions at Houston Northwest Medical Center and TIMEC Company, Inc. Emily completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Western Washington University from 2000 to 2005.
