Daniela Cardoso has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management and customer experience. Daniela currently serves as the Head of Product and Customer Experience at americanas s.a. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at B2W Digital, including Product Head and Co-Head of Shoptime. Daniela also worked as a Product Manager at B2W Digital.

Before joining B2W Digital, Daniela worked as a Managing Partner at Interlegere AN, where they provided Market and Competitive Analysis services for various industries such as telecom, banking, chemical, government, oil & gas, petrochemicals, and pharmaceutical. Daniela was responsible for conducting over 20 projects related to product streams, market entrances, strategies, and positioning.

Daniela's earlier experience includes working as a Managing Consultant at Norwich do Brasil, where they co-authored protocols and helped build methodologies for projects in industries such as telecommunications, oil & gas, banking, government, pharmaceutical, and aviation.

Daniela began their career as a Senior Consultant at Kaiser Associates Brazil, where they were involved in projects related to opportunity analysis, benchmarking, and market assessments for industries including telecommunications, consumer goods, food, and media.

Daniela Cardoso completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ibmec between 2014 and 2016. Daniela also obtained a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science - Information Systems at Montgomery College / University of Maryland from 1991 to 1993. In 1990 to 1991, they pursued Engineering - Basic requirement studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
