Leandro Monjardim has extensive work experience in the creative field, having held various roles such as Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Art Director, Co-Founder, and Graphic Designer. Leandro began their career in 2012 at Ampla Comunicação as an Art Director and worked there until 2017. Subsequently, they worked as an Art Director for several companies including Eleição do Governador Renato Casagrande, C3 Comunicação, Fire Marketing e Comunicação, and Shipp. In 2019, they co-founded Mapa360º and also worked as an Art Director for Fire Marketing e Comunicação and Graphic Designer for Shipp during that time. In 2020, they joined Zaitt and Packk as a Creative Art Director. Currently, they are serving as Creative Director at americanas delivery.
Leandro Monjardim began their education journey in 2004 when they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising at Universidade Vila Velha - UVV. This program lasted for one year. Leandro then continued their studies at FABAVI - Faculdade Batista de Vitória from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Advertising.
In terms of certifications, Leandro Monjardim obtained various additional certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed the "Beabá do Branding - Online" course at Brandster | Branding School and the "Chora PPT Online" course at Perestroika. In 2021, they obtained the "Design Thinking" certification from Echos - Innovation Lab and the "Logo Design & Construction" certification from The Futur.
Currently, Leandro Monjardim is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing, Branding, and Growth at the PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Leandro started this program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2022.
