John Cole has extensive experience in the field of expense management and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Expense Management for Customer Strategy & Technology at American Water since 2003. Prior roles at American Water include Senior Business Relationship Manager, Manager of ITS, and Senior Information Technology Project Manager. Prior to joining American Water, John Cole worked as a Financial Systems Implementation Consultant at Stanley Stuart Yoffee & Hendrix from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in the career, John Cole served as an Accountant and IT Manager at Scancem USA from 1995 to 2000.
