Kristine Batista is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and clinical management within the eye care industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at American Vision Partners since March 2023, Kristine oversees a workforce of over 2,100 employees across more than 140 locations. Prior to this role, Kristine held the position of Vice President of Operations at NVISION Eye Centers, where responsibilities included managing an $80 million revenue P&L and implementing company-wide operational initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Clinical Operations & Integration, Director of Clinical Operations at Harvard Eye Associates, and Director of Clinic Operations at Eye Consultants of Texas. Kristine has also served as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Business Development at the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce. Early career experience includes positions at The Lasik Vision Instituteâ„¢ and Vizio Optic. Kristine is an alumnus of Boston University.
