Megha Rastogi has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Megha has worked as a Public Law and Policy Intern at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2024. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at the American University School of International Service, where they worked on a research initiative focused on roti and roti-making across diasporas. Megha also organized academic and public events and contributed to a bi-weekly podcast on the racialization, violence, and community building of roti.

Megha has also held leadership positions at the American University International Relations Society, serving as the Director of Education and a MUN Team Member. Additionally, they were an Alumni Relations Student Assistant and Complex Problems Program Leader at American University.

In 2018, they worked as a Copywriter at SR Mosaic Inc., where they were responsible for creating content for the organization's marketing and branding efforts. Megha has also served as a Research Assistant at Mighty Minds Africa and held positions within the American University School of International Service Undergraduate Council, including Director of Engagement for Students of Color and Councillor.

Furthermore, Megha has been involved in various extracurricular activities such as serving as NJR Vice Mayor in the Junior States of America and working as a Campaign Intern for AAPIs for Biden in 2020.

Megha Rastogi attended West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Megha then pursued their Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Studies at American University from 2022 to 2026. In 2023, Megha Rastogi also obtained a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg.
