Austin Cripps has extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as Actuary Director at OneAmerica since September 2014, with a focus on corporate modeling and life modeling. Previously, Austin held various roles within the same company, including Actuary and Associate Actuary, specializing in the development of long-term care combination products. Prior to OneAmerica, Austin gained valuable experience as an actuarial intern and financial analyst intern at the Indiana Department of Insurance, where responsibilities included analyzing insurance company financials and assisting with legal documentation. As Chapter President for College Mentors for Kids at the University of Indianapolis, Austin led initiatives to connect college students with children in need, while also creating a supportive community as a Resident Assistant. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the University of Indianapolis, completed in 2014.
