Troy Oltman is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at American Trim since July 2022. Prior to this role, Troy gained analytical experience as a Manufacturing Cost Analyst Intern at the University of Dayton Research Institute from June 2020 to June 2022. Earlier work experience includes serving as an Office Assistant in the Office of Community Standards and Civility at the University of Dayton from January 2019 to June 2020, and as a Member Services Associate at both the West Carrolton YMCA from May 2019 to August 2019 and the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA from March 2016 to May 2018. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton, completed in 2022.
