Roy Scott has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as a Commissioning Engineer at American Transmission Co. since February 2007. Prior to this role, Roy worked as a Relay and Control Technician at Wisconsin Public Service from 2001 to 2003, where foundational skills in relay systems and control technologies were developed.
