Dave Wilken is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in plant management and operations. Currently serving as the Multi-site Plant Manager for ATW since June 2022, Wilken has previously held key positions including Director of Manufacturing at Tempur Sealy International and Plant Superintendent/Plant Engineer at Crown Holdings, Inc. Wilken's career spans over 18 years in the automotive industry, with roles at Iochpe Maxion S/A that included Senior Technical Specialist and Maintenance Leader, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California Coast University and an AAS in Machine Tool Technology from State Fair Community College.
