Ken Reger has worked in the finance industry since 1998. Ken began their career as Industrial Services Controller at RailWorks Corporation, where they worked until 2002. Ken then moved to Balfour Beatty plc, where they worked as Rail Division Controller until 2017. Most recently, they have been Chief Financial Officer at American Track since 2017.

Ken Reger attended Eastern Washington University from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Spokane Falls Community College from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Business.
