Opeyemi Asu, FCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and financial control. Currently serving as the Head of Project Finance and Financial Controller at American Tower since April 2020, Opeyemi previously held the position of Financial Controller at Landmark Africa from January 2017 to April 2020, contributing to strategic planning and financial policy implementation as a member of the Executive Committee. Opeyemi's earlier career at Deloitte Nigeria spanned from December 2009 to December 2016, culminating in the role of Audit Manager, where responsibilities included leading substantial audit engagements and facilitating the conversion of financial statements to IFRS for major financial institutions. Opeyemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Babcock University and completed a Senior Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.
