Neha Jain is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading brand and communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Communications for American Tower in the Asia-Pacific region since March 2022, Neha is instrumental in establishing the brand as the leading independent tower company. Prior to this role, Neha held significant positions including Director & Head of Communications for NatWest Group in India, where a new brand initiative positioned the company as one of the top 100 Great Places to Work. Neha’s career also includes roles at Ericsson, Deloitte India, Honeywell, HCL Technologies, and 20:20 MEDIA, where expertise in communication, branding, and corporate strategy was demonstrated. Neha holds an MBA in Marketing, a BA in Economics, and has completed a General Management and Leadership Programme for Senior Executives at INSEAD, along with marketing studies at LSE.
