Tracy L. Thompson currently serves as the Director of Business and Operations at the American Theatre Wing, focusing on financial management and overseeing restricted gifts, HR management, and business processes. Prior experience includes a long tenure at the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), where responsibilities spanned from Director of Compliance, overseeing the fiscal competency of over 1,500 nonprofit organizations, to Director of Finance and Operations, handling a $43 million budget and implementing internal controls. Tracy L. Thompson also briefly held the position of Interim Executive Director, providing leadership during a transitional period. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rockefeller College at the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany.
