Lauren Moretti, MPS, serves as the Strategic Talent Manager at American Systems, where responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic talent growth initiatives, enhancing veteran hiring programs, and conducting data analysis to improve recruitment effectiveness. With experience managing the Servicemember Outreach and Referral (SOAR) Program, Lauren focuses on fostering the careers and well-being of veterans within the organization. Previous roles include Senior Technical Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter, where accomplishments include receiving multiple awards for military friendliness and developing best practice selection systems. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
