Joe Harpring possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, and systems engineering within the Department of Defense and various industries. Current role as Task Lead for Manufacturing and Quality at AMERICAN SYSTEMS involves supporting DoD manufacturing policies and providing risk assessments. Previous roles include Senior Staff Engineer at OUSD(R&E) and Deputy Program Manager, contributing to digital engineering strategies and managing Air Force infrastructure projects. Prior positions at Noblis, Battelle, and other organizations showcase expertise in implementing quality management systems, risk management, and process improvement across multiple sectors, including aerospace, medical devices, and ecological monitoring. Joe Harpring holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed additional studies in Applied Statistics at the University of Northern Colorado.
