Chris McCauley is an experienced Agilist and Dallas Engineering Lead currently at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since August 2015, specializing in coaching and training government and contractor teams in Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices. Previously, Chris held similar roles at EM Solutions, Inc. from January 2006 to August 2015. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, focusing on advanced development programs for military aircraft, and as a Team Lead for a voice-over IP product at MARCONI. Chris holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Additional certifications include CSP, CSEP, CSPO, and CSM.
