TJ Lather is a seasoned professional in the concrete industry with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently, TJ serves as the VP of Operations at American Structural Concrete, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing South/East turnkey frame concrete projects. Prior to this role, TJ progressed through several positions at American Structural Concrete, including Operations Manager, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager. Between May 2007 and January 2015, TJ worked as a Senior Project Manager at Southern Pan, focusing on turnkey concrete frame projects. TJ earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kent State University between 2000 and 2005.
