Cynthia Harrison is an experienced professional in data analysis, process automation, and management reporting. Currently serving as the Cityworks Administrator at American States Utility Services, Inc. since November 2011, Cynthia supports privatized utility operations across multiple military installations. Previous roles include a Supervisor in MIS Reporting at Irwin Home Equity, overseeing a team responsible for generating critical performance reports, as well as various positions such as MIS Analyst and Project Analyst within the same company.
