Brad Hankinson has over 20 years of experience in software development and technology. Brad is currently serving as the Director of Software Development at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) since 2023. In their previous role as Technical Owner at Agilutions from 2022 to 2023, they designed, developed, and maintained certification and credentialing software. Brad also has extensive experience as a Software Developer at ASHA from 2009 to 2022, where they created and maintained web applications for internal staff and external members. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Development Consultant at Evolutionary Business Solutions, Inc. from 2006 to 2009, and as an Application Developer at SourceNet Distribution, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Brad started their career as a Developer/Intern at DirectApps, Inc. in 2002.

Brad Hankinson, MSIT attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they studied at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Brad has acquired additional certifications including "MCBMSS - Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist - CRM 3.0" and "MS - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist," although the details of the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
