Joseph Dabbs has an extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Joseph began their career in 2003 as a Community and Organizational Development Engineer at Peace Corps, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they joined SAIC as a Project Manager, where they managed operations related to a U54 Center of Excellence Grant awarded by the National Institute of Health (NIH). In 2008, they joined Tokuda Hospital Sofia as the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development- Marketing role, where they directed strategic planning and managed services for international markets. In 2012, Joseph joined American Specialty Health, where they held several positions including Project Manager, Quality Assurance; Project Manager, Medical Services; Senior Manager Health Services; Associate Director Health Services; Associate Vice President; Vice President Health Services Administration; and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Health Services Administration. Their role at American Specialty Health involves overseeing health services administration.
Joseph Dabbs holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University in Bulgaria, which they obtained between the years of 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Towson University from 1997 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences.
