Previous roles include Director of Operations at AbsoCom Corporation and Collocation Manager at Nationet Communication, complemented by a strong foundation in education with a BS in Sociology from Jackson State University and an MS in Economic Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Will R. Shirley is also a certified solar installer, emphasizing commitment to advancing solar technology and economic development.
