Peng Liu is a Senior Research Scientist at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, where the individual has been employed since September 2019. In addition to this role, Peng Liu serves as the Co-Chair of the Committee for Scientific Training and Mentoring and has held positions as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Associate at the same center. Since January 2023, Peng Liu has also been contributing as the Assistant Features Editor of The Plant Cell for the American Society of Plant Biologists. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Associate and Research Assistant at the University of Florida from May 2013 to September 2019. Peng Liu holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Plant Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Florida.
