Sarah Ratzel is an experienced professional in the field of genetics and clinical development, currently serving as the R&D Product Manager for Clinical Development at Myriad Genetics since October 2021. In this role, Ratzel collaborates cross-functionally to create evidence generation plans for oncology products and develops strategies for publications. Previously, Ratzel held the position of Medical Writer II at Myriad Genetics, producing clinical publications and trial protocols. Ratzel also contributes to the American Society of Human Genetics as a member of the Government & Public Advocacy Committee and has a rich background as a Science Editor for esteemed genetic journals, overseeing the peer review process for thousands of manuscripts. Ratzel's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rockhurst University.
