Scott Schulz has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in different industries. Scott started their career in 1996 at Riveredge Hospital, where they worked as a Mental Health Counselor, Crisis Management Instructor, and Recreational Group Leader for ten years. In 2006, they joined Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center as a Mental Health Counselor until 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Scott worked as a Local 597 Union Pipefitter at Pipe Fitters Local Union 597 in Chicago. Currently, they are a Facilities Manager at the American Society of Anesthesiologists®.

Scott Schulz attended Illinois State University in 1996 and earned a Bachelor's degree, although the field of study is unknown.
