Melvin J. Dubnick is a distinguished academic and public administration expert with extensive experience in higher education and professional associations. Currently serving as a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration since September 2010, Melvin has also held the position of Professor Emeritus at Rutgers University since June 2005 and was a Professor of Political Science at the University of New Hampshire until May 2020. A life member of the American Society for Public Administration since 1974, Melvin has contributed significantly to the field through roles such as Co-Editor in Chief of the Encyclopedia of Public Administration & Public Policy from 2013 to 2015 and Chair of the ASPA Ethics Section from 2011 to 2013. Melvin's academic credentials include a MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a BS with honors in Political Science from Colorado State University Pueblo.
