Rachel Curci has a diverse background in customer operations, marketing, and leadership. Currently a Customer Operations Analyst at CHEP since October 2019, Rachel also serves as a Customer Care Representative. In addition, Rachel has been a Marketing Coordinator and Hostess at American Social Bar and Kitchen since February 2018. Leadership experience includes serving as President and Recruitment and Marketing Vice President of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority from November 2016 to November 2017. In early 2017, Rachel worked as an On-Air Promotions Announcer for the New York Yankees during spring training. Previously, Rachel gained customer interaction experience in the Culinary Department at Busch Gardens Tampa, where responsibilities included sales, organization, and maintenance of workspaces. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Telecommunications from the University of South Florida, awarded in 2019.
