Kathy Giles Whear is an experienced property manager at KTL Investments since 2000, overseeing property rentals by advertising vacancies, negotiating leases, and establishing rental rates based on market analysis. Additionally, since December 2014, Kathy has served as a security guard at American Security & Investigations, performing duties such as greeting tenants, monitoring security systems, and assisting in emergencies. Prior experience includes working as the Access Loss Prevention Specialist Lead at Battelle from March 2012 to October 2014, where Kathy oversaw security operations and ensured compliance with access controls. Earlier, Kathy was a Treaty Compliance Specialist at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from March 2005 to March 2012. Kathy is an alumna of Dixie State University.
