Milton Menefee has extensive experience in safety supervision and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Field Safety Technician at American Safety Services, Inc. since June 2013, Milton monitors crew activity and equipment operations to prevent accidents. Prior to this role, Milton held positions at the Eddy County Sheriffs Department from December 1988 to December 2008, serving as both a Patrol Sergeant and Patrol Deputy, and worked as a Patrolman at the Artesia Police Department from October 1978 to August 1988. Educational background includes attendance at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell Campus and New Mexico State University, as well as a high school diploma from Artesia High School.
