Andrea Edwards, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in relationship management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Relationship Management at JPMorganChase since January 2024, Edwards previously held the role of Global Head of Quality and Training Excellence at BPA Quality (North America) from 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Care at American Safety Council, Inc. and various positions at JPMorgan Chase, including AVP roles in Customer Service and Sales Call Center Operations, as well as Customer Support Division (Collections) Call Center Operations. Edwards began the career as a Senior Operations Manager at TeleTech from 1998 to 2003. Academically, Edwards holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
