Emilee Lamorena, MSc, RRT, RRT-NPS, currently serves as the Director of Respiratory, Pulmonary and Asthma Program at CHOC Children's, overseeing a department of over 140 professionals and ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Emilee is also the Chair of the Neonatal/Pediatric Section of the American Association for Respiratory Care, focusing on advancing the field of respiratory care for this population. Previous experience includes roles as Interim Director and Clinical Manager at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, emphasizing staff development and patient care efficiency. Emilee's career began at Rush University Medical Center, contributing as an Adjunct Faculty member and ECMO Specialist while earning a Master of Science in Respiratory Care from Rush University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA.
