Joy M. Squier is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in communications and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer for the Illinois Red Cross since April 2013, Joy M. Squier oversees national and regional marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness and engagement for humanitarian services. Prior to this role, Joy M. Squier held the position of Director of Corporate Marketing at Waste Management, where responsibilities included directing marketing strategies for a multi-billion dollar public sector segment. Joy M. Squier's career also includes a significant tenure at Hewlett-Packard, where achievements included exceeding sales quotas as a National Channel Account Manager and leading marketing initiatives for the Compaq Presario consumer PC line. Joy M. Squier holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
