Dee Dixon, MBA, currently serves as the Division Fundraising Vice President for the American Red Cross Southeast and Caribbean and Carolinas, where responsibilities include partnering with nine Chief Development Officers to support disaster-impacted families. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Regional Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross of Georgia from December 2017 to June 2023. Dee Dixon has an extensive background in sales and management, having held the position of Senior Director of Sales at W.W. Grainger, overseeing a team responsible for generating $220 million in annual revenue. Early career achievements include earning eight “National Circle of Excellence” awards while managing a large team at MCI Communications, Inc. Education includes an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing/Management from Georgia Southern University.
